They are useful not only in helping us to understand the look and feel that you want, but also in giving you a rough preview of what your website will look like.  We would like to stress that EVERY website we create is 100% custom built for your company. We also sell these web templates (via several other websites) to other website design companies that utilize them for their respective clients.
